Thank you to Ron’s Sewer Service!! Ron’s provided portable toilets and a handwashing station for our daughter’s outdoor wedding. The units were clean and fresh- they even had lights and flowers installed for our special occasion:) They were delivered and picked up exactly when promised. I would recommend this service if you want to save money and get quality service. Wade called me prior to pumping my Septic tank twice so I could be there when he was pumping it. I requested that he pump in the morning this week and he was able to accommodate my request. No hidden fees and very easy to deal with. Flexible, convenient and reasonable.

I preface my review by saying that I tend to have unreasonably high expectations of service and attention to detail…I’m an engineer (for better or worse). This said, I was notably impressed with Wade from Ron’s Sewer Services today. Not only was Wade very courteous, but he was very careful when setting up the hoses (not to bump into any plants, fences or gates). He explained every step in his process, and not only did Wade properly and thoroughly back-flush each of my septic tanks, but he rinsed the bottom of each tank with fresh water (and vacuumed the tanks dry). Further, Wade sucked fresh water through his hoses before disassembling the hoses (so no soiled water spilled onto my patio area). Having used the “pink” competitors in the past, I can honestly say that Ron’s Sewer Service sets a new bar in septic pumping!

Was having issues with septic after buying our house in July. thought the septic was full and needed to be pumped. was told appointments were 2 weeks out but when I said we were having drainage issues we got moved up to the next day. thank god for honest service. turns out our clog wasn’t resolved and our tank was pumped recently. basic service charge vs pumping the tank we had no idea if it needed it or not was a blessing . anyone wanting spectacular service should call Ron’s
